WINE 101: Our Wine 101 class is the perfect opportunity for a group up to 10 people to learn the basics on how to taste wine like a professional. Learn how to identify the weight, body, acid, tannin, sweetness and other characterictics of the wine. Learn about the major noble varietals and where they grow. Class in your home or office includes 6 wines (three whites, three reds) and stemware to use that night. Portland metro area $250.00.
